Bio: The main bad guy in Movie #7. 13 appears seemingly out of nowhere after his counterparts, 14 and 15, begin fighting with Goku, Trunks, Vegeta, and Piccolo. He is more powerful than 14 and 15 and controls the fight between himself and Goku. As with all the androids he is controled by Dr. Gero's computer. This evil mainframe feeds 13, 14, and 15 with information about the Z fighters allowing them to predict their next move. But when Vegeta blows up 15 and Trunks slices 14 in half the real fun begins. 13 absorbes the memory chips and capacitors of 14 and 15 and greatly increases in power. His skin turns blue and he totally freaks out. It seems as though he's set to kill everyone and win when Goku hits him with a Genki Dama the size of zepplin.
