Bio: 17 plays a pretty big role in Dragonball Z. He is very powerful and is almost never without his "twin sister," android 18. Shortly after being created 17 kills his creator Dr. Gero(I'm not sure why). In Trunk's future 17 and 18 have killed all of the Z crew and rule the world. But when Cell goes back in time to absorbe the two they both end up running for their lives. 17 also makes an appearance in GT as Super 17.
