Bio: This perhaps the first bad guy in Dragonball. Lord Pilaf is a short childish dude on a power trip. I'm not sure exactly what he's in charge of but he wants to rule the world. So he is trying to get the dragonballs too. He would have done it if Oolong hadn't wished for a pair of women's panties. In Dragonball Goku looked at the full moon when he was in Pilaf's castle and transformed into an Oozaru great ape and destroyed Pilaf's estate. He ended up fading into the background later on but was deffinetly part of the comic relief in Dragonball. Pilaf does however make an unexpected appearance in the first episode of Dragonball GT and probably kick starts the whole thing. He travels to Kami's (then Dende's) palace and uses the ultimate dragonballs (the dragonballs Kami created before he purged his evil, and are hence more evil) to turn Goku back into a kid.
